Jenn, what you are doing is wonderful! I signed & I will be e mailing the link to everyone in my address book. This is something that me & my husband feel strongly about. He is a corrections officer & sees how these *ppl* are. They get out & do it again. It makes us both sick & scared as the parents of 3 children. Keep up the good work! You have our support!

[glow=red,2,300] This is Jenn's on line petition. We encourage all to read, go to URL posted and sign. Thank you in advance for your support.[/glow] To: U.S. Congress This is a petition to get a few laws passed concerning Sex Offenders. They can not: 1.) Plead to a lesser charge than the one they were arrested for. 2.) Get parole for sex crimes Convicted sex offender seeks parole after molesting a three year old girl. Sex Offender: Robert Lincoln Marshall of Franklinton Louisiana Serving Time in: River Correctional Facility in Louisiana Arrested August 2003 for Aggravated Rape on a juvenile faced the death penalty but pleaded to a lesser charge of sexual assault and received five years. He is now up for parole in August 2006 after only serving three years. This needs to stop. I don’t understand why these sex offenders can hurt our children this way, and the only time they spend in jail is a few years because they take a plea. They should not be aloud to take a plea, are the kids they raped or molested able to take a lighter sentence? No they have to deal with what happened to them for the rest of their lives. We need to stand together and say enough is enough, who is the legislator trying to protect the children or the molesters? This is for families against abuse. We as a whole do not except nor condone abuse of any sort and will see some much needed changes in and out of the court systems. If you as I believe want to see some much needed changes then we need your signature. Please join our families for us as one will make the difference in another’s life, and that being said for our Children, our Selves as well as for our Children's Children to come. Please say no to abuse. Let’s make a better tomorrow. Stop abuse of any sort. We Thank You In advance for your signature. Sincerely, The Undersigned www.PetitionOnline.com/NoParole/petition.html
